How to get rid of obesity through Ayurveda


Obesity can occur due to many habits that we follow in our daily diet like overeating, irregular eating habits and due to the wrong mix of various food items in daily intake of food.

Obesity helps to cause many major ailments to the body. Due to the depositing of fats under your skin you tend to become more and fatter. Regular exercising can help get rid of obesity.

Obese people have much more chance of getting diseases like coronary thrombosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, liver and gall bladder disorders.
Following a diet or controlled eating habits can help prevent the incidence of obesity.
For losing weight increase the amount of taking in of fruits and vegetables. Taking in of too much salt can make you obese. In take of cheese and butter should be reduced. Honey is an excellent remedy for losing weight.
Walking, running and swimming can help reduce weight effectively.
